How we are different, and what makes us better than the rest
Providing you with the desired age and gender carers you desire
At AYAS, we understand the common frustration participants face with inconsistent or unsuitable carers. That's why we prioritise matching you with a carer who meets your preferences, whether that’s a specific gender or age, and ensuring consistency in care.
Our mission is to provide enjoyable experiences and excellent care. We’ve listened to the concerns about larger companies not prioritising participants' needs, often sending new carers each time. At AYAS, we focus on creating synergy between participants and carers by partnering like-minded individuals, ensuring comfort and trust through consistent care tailored to your preferences.
We believe this approach allows participants to feel more comfortable, enabling them to thrive. We also prioritise helping participants engage with the community and enjoy activities they love, while supporting them in achieving their personal goals.
We aim to find you a carer that matches your personality and hobbies.

We value our clients and carers by saving you money on your plan and paying carers more
Overcharging and double-charging are all too common in the NDIS space. At AYAS, we aim to redefine the support industry by offering quality care within your fund’s capacity.
We achieve this by charging participants 90% of the NDIS rate, compared to the standard 100% charged by other companies. We believe many companies fail to value their clients and are in this industry for the wrong reasons.
At AYAS, we also place a higher value on our carers, paying them 40% above the average hourly rate. We believe carers should be fairly compensated, as their dedication directly impacts the quality of care. By investing in carers who align with our values, we ensure the highest level of support for our participants.
How we go above and beyond
It is very common for support workers to show up to their shift to just do ‘their job’. They do not think about how to help the family, how to go above, as well as do not think about the extra stuff that can and sometimes needs to be done.
